Commissioned surgeon card

Good evening, I hope everyone is good and braving the cold weather, we were forecast snow today, but boy am I glad we haven't got any....yet!! I'm hoping it stays away tomorrow as well as I'm taking Ellie and my mum to Strictly Come Dancing in Glasgow tomorrow...eek excited much.

Anyway back to the card, lol, I was asked to make a card for a surgeon and the sentiment isn't my choice but the patients lol, I thought this image from Dr Digi was brilliant and although he is meant to be a scientist, I thought he made a fantastic surgeon :0))

A cheeky wee DL

Hi, how are you all this fine Sunday...well today I am getting my craft back on, the kids are happily playing and the hubby is busy preparing the chilli for dinner tonight, and I thought I'd quickly post this little card before getting back into the craft room :0)).

Well it's just me and the kids tonight, hubby is away out with his dad for a few beers, so I think me and Ellie will cuddle up on the couch with some munchies, while Conor plays his ps4 lol, typical 13 years olds...too old to cuddle up with his mum lol.

This is the 2nd of 3 cards that I made today *feeling slightly smug* lol, but only cause I havent been able to make any due to looking after my poorly Ellie lol, details in my previous post.

Forever friends

Good evening, I hope you are all well, I have been locked in my craft room today as I have been having craft withdrawl since I have been nursing a poorly Ellie this week, but she is back to her normal cheeky self, which is much how I would prefer to have her :0)).

I always really struggle with male themed cards and I actually forgot I had these toppers!! I really am drowning in my own craft stash at the moment, but it doesn't stop me buying...lol, I just got a lively delivery from crafters companion today and I'm looking forward to a delivery from create and craft next week lol...but sshhh don't tell the hubby pmsl

Fab Friday

Good evening! I hope your all well!  Today I have been in my craft room since 930am, and I have manged to make 6 cards.....hmm that might be a record for me lol, anyway I'm not gonna bore you with them all tonight, but I will share 1 with you lol.  This card is a little out of my comfort zone as I much prefer using more embellishments (especially flowers) but thought I'd challenge myself not to use any....this for me is extremely Clean and Simple, I hope u like it.

Being Productive

Ellie's Birthday

Good evening, hope ur well!! It was my gorgeous daughter Ellie's 9th birthday yesterday and she had a brilliant day, she was spoiled as a girl should be on her birthday and we had our family over a night for a wee buffet and drinkipoo, she is having a recording studio party next week, when I will take Ellie and 9 of her friends to a recording studio so they can record a song and they get a photoshoot for the cover of the CD, I'm so excited, she is gonna love it.

Anyway after the celebrations last night I have had a lovely chilled out day today, and I actually made a boys card...holly moley I hate doing these,  it I'm actually quite happy with the way that it turned out.

New beginnings

Well I am gonna start as I mean to go on, I purposely never made a New Years resolution this year, as the only person I end up disappointing is myself, so I am just gonna ride out 2014 carefree and happy.

After finishing Ellie's invites earlier, I decided to have a wee play, and I ended up making a wee baby card, I love making baby cards, probably my most favourite type of card to make.

Happy New Year, I hope that u have all had a fabulous Christmas and I wish u all a crafty new year,   I have had a fab time, spending it with all the people I love the most in the world, I feel like the luckiest girl in the world, I have the most amazing friends and the best family!!

I have been busy making party invites for my little Ellie's 9th birthday, I am taking Ellie and 9 of her friends to a recording studio in Glasgow, so they can record a song and make it into a CD, with a photo shoot and everything, I think I'm more excited than Ellie at the moment...lol
